Our main business consists of the manufacture of gears and shafts for classic racing motorcycles. With new factory replacements no longer being available these classic machines could not continue to race with spares becoming more and more scarce. We can take your old road or race set and manufacture gears which would be a direct replacement for the old set. Ratios can also be modified to suit your requirements. We can also cater for some of the early modern machines too.

Primary gears   Paired sets of primary gears modelled on your own gears with teeth changed from helical to straight cut and to a ratio of your choice.

Gears and shafts  Main gears in sets or individuals modelled on your own gears as direct replacements with driving dogs changed from straight cut to dovetailed.

Full gearboxes    Full gearbox sets modelled on your own box and manufactured as a direct  replacement for your own and to include all necessary gears and both input and output shafts.

Previous Commissions  Some examples of  projects and work all ready completed for various models of classic racer.
