ABC 1918.....

            - New gears and shafts to replace worn items.

Aermacchi.....

            - Close ratio conversion for 5 speed box, replacement sleeve gears for 6 speed box, replacement 6 speed gears various.

Aprilia.....

RS 250 - Replacement straight cut primary gears.

             - Wet clutch Straight Cut Primary gears.
             Please note: When using straight cut primary gears, a straight cut water pump drive gear
             is also required.

             - Straight cut water pump drive gear made from HE30 alloy.

             - Oil pump drive gear 28T, to be fitted when using 'kit' gear cluster, made from HE30 alloy

Ariel Arrow.....

             - Close ratio 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears and removal of 3 of 6 engagement dogs.

Benelli 125.....

             - High ratio 1st and 2nd gears and straight cut primary gear set.

BMW.....

             - High ratio 1st and 2nd gear pairs.

Bultaco TSS.....

             - Manufacture gears to replace broken items.

Douglas 1937......

              - Replacement gear set to replace worn out original gears. These gears give the same ratio as standard but are not compatible with the original gears. Can be supplied for fitment  in pairs or as a full cluster
 
              - Sprockets to suit above, made as specials to customer requirements

Gilera.....

             - High ratio 1st gear pair and replacement 5th gear.

Gillette 1935.....

             - Replacement mainshaft and clutch pushrod, made to broken samples, to suit 1935 model. Where else would you get one of these from!!!

Honda.....

   MBX - High ratio 1st gear.

   MT5 - High ratio 1st gear.

CB175 - High ratio 1st gear.

250/350 K4 - Close ratio conversion clusters, high 1st gear (37T), low 5th gear (29T), 2nd and 3rd gears with dovetail dogs plus matching mating gears.

450/500T - Close ratio conversion cluster, high 1st gear, low 5th gear, STD ratio 3rd gear with dovetail dogs plus matching mating gear.

CB72/77 - Duplex primary sprocket conversion set.

              - Input shaft and output 1st gear to suit the standard 4sp gearbox. This pairing provides a higher 1st gear, closing the gap from 1st to  2nd. The ratio is the same as Honda provided in the race kit option 19/33 1.736:1. Can be supplied with or without kick start drillings. (centre bush required from original gear).

CB 500/4 - 5 speed close ratio gear cluster. Dogs redesigned for faster, more positive engagement. Supplied fully assembled, requiring outer bearings fitting (not supplied). Uses standard shift forks etc. Ratios below.

 CB750  - High ratio input shaft and output 1st gear set 22/43, 1.954 :1.

   AR80 - High 1st gear.

  A1/A7 - High 1st gear, low 5th gear, Straight cut primary gears  (including generator drive gear).

     A1R - Six speed close ratio cluster.

Moriwaki.....

              - Replacement close ratio 2nd gear set.

Montesa.....

              - 22T first gear, 18T/20T top gear pair, ratio change.

MV.....

             - Manufacture replacement gears to suit international.

    T20   - High 1st, low 6th gears, various replacement gears, straight cut primary gears, oversize crank pins.

             - Close ratio gear cluster, supplied ready assembled, requiring outer bearings only (not supplied).

  T200  - Straight cut primary gear sets.

           - High 1st, High 2nd & Low 5th gears. These gears will provide ratio's more suitable for racing without the expense of a full close ratio cluster.  The ratio's these gears provide are shown below with standard ratio's  and percentage drops for comparison:

  T250   - High 1st gear.

RGV250 - High 1st 25T gear, Closes the gap from 1st to 2nd enabling the engine to stay higher in the power band.

            - Modified 2nd and 6th output gears. This modification provides an answer to the RGV's  achilles heel, poor engagement and jumping out of 2nd gear. The 2nd gear can be supplied in std ratio or high ratio to compliment the high 1st gear

            - Straight cut crank primary gear. This gear always seems to go missing when people buy the dry clutch set up 2nd hand. I believe this part  is no longer stocked by Suzuki.

            - Wet clutch Straight Cut Primary gears.
             Please note: When using straight cut primary gears, a straight cut water pump drive gears also required.

             - Straight cut water pump drive gear made from HE30 alloy.

             - Oil pump drive gear 28T, to be fitted when using 'kit' gear cluster, made from HE30 alloy.

T500/GT500 - Straight cut primary gears. Ratio 23/57   2.478 : 1 

RG500   - High 1st gear, more suited to track use, to give ratio 2.454:1 (std 2.636:1), extra metal in critical areas to provide a stronger gear. 2nd/6th gear pair, 2nd gear ratio changed to 1.687:1 (std 1.75:1) to compliment the High 1st gear, modified dog design to eliminate slipping/jumping out of gear, extra metal in critical areas to provide stronger gears.

  TR750 - Replacement 27T gear.

  GT750 - Replacement 3rd and 4th gears with back cut selector dogs.

GT/TR 750  -   Close ratio 5 speed cluster. Ratio's: 1st 2.187:1 / 2nd 1.500:1 / 3rd 1.227:1 / 4th 1.083:1 / 5th 1.000:1.Cluster can be supplied to suit wet or dry clutch and is supplied fully assembled, only requiring outer bearings fitting (not supplied): P.O.A.

                   - Barton dry clutch type primary gears, 52T / 85T, Ratio 1.634:1.  Supplied to replace customers water damaged gears.

Triumph.....

T150, T160 - Replacement gears made to broken samples to suit Triumph T150 and T160 early close ratio gear cluster, originals no longer available.

                    - Manufacture high 1st gear pair to suit 5 speed box.

Yamaha.....

     TA125 - Various replacement gears and shafts and conversions.

TD1C/TD2/TR2 - Various replacement gears and input shaft.

TZ250/350/500/750 - Various replacement gears and shafts.

RD 200 - Straight cut primary gears, 16/52, ratio 3.25:1
